Common use of COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PROCEDURE. 23.01 Employees on the Union negotiating committee will be paid by the Union during contract negotiations for all time spent away from their jobs during negotiations. The Company will continue to pay the employee’s basic wages and the amount so paid by the Company shall be billed to and reimbursed by the Union. 23.02 Each party will pay one-half of the cost of the meeting room and any other mutually agreed upon expenses incurred during negotiations. 23.03 When during the term of this Agreement both parties agree that a change is required to any Article or item, a Memorandum of Agreement will be drafted and mutually agreed upon by both parties.
