COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PROCEDURE. ‌ 1. Collective bargaining shall be conducted by authorized Bargaining Representatives of the District and the Union. The parties shall notify each other initially, in writing, of the names of their authorized Bargaining Representatives and thereafter of any changes which may occur. All such written communications from the Union shall be signed by the Vice President of the Union or designee. 2. The District and the Union shall be represented in collective bargaining meetings by not more than five (5) persons. 3. Collective bargaining meetings shall be held at times and places mutually convenient at the request of either party. The party requesting the meeting shall inform the other reasonably in advance of the subjects to be discussed. Negotiations shall be conducted in closed sessions. 4. It is the intention of the parties, with respect to the collective bargaining of future replacing agreements, to conduct their negotiations thereon in such a manner as to reach a new Agreement on or before the termination date of this present Agreement.
