Common use of Collection of Monies Clause in Contracts

Collection of Monies. (a) In connection with its receipt of any distribution on the Pooled Certificates on any Pooled Certificate Distribution Date (or such later date on which the Trustee shall receive the related Pooled Certificate Distribution Date Statement), the Trustee shall review each related Pooled Certificate Distribution Date Statement and shall confirm that the aggregate amount of such distribution received is consistent with the information contained therein (it being understood that the Trustee shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and correctness of the information set forth on such statements).
