Common use of Collection of Information and Data Clause in Contracts

Collection of Information and Data. (1) The Company is required to collect and provide to FCIC all SSNs or EINs that are required to be submitted by the policyholder under the eligible crop insurance contract, and the SSNs of all affiliates and other persons as required by procedures. SSNs or EINs shall be protected, as prescribed in the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a), by the Company and all of its affiliates with access to such information, in a manner consistent with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) (44 U.S.C. § 3541).
