COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA. The Company will collect and process the personal data of the Client solely for the purposes of performing its obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to, verifying the identity of the Client, maintaining records of transactions, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations, such as those related to anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT). The Client's personal data shall be processed lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner, and only to the extent necessary for the specific purpose for which it was collected.
