Redemption charges. Some Funds charge a redemption fee if a redemption is made within a specified period following a purchase of Fund Shares. This is a fee a Fund, not PCS, charge. Redemption fees are disclosed in a Fund’s prospectus or other document. A redemption of Fund Shares to pay a Fee under the Agreement could incur a Fund’s redemption fee.
