Common use of Collateral Schedules and Locations Clause in Contracts

Collateral Schedules and Locations. On a monthly basis, the Debtors shall deliver to the Collateral Agent schedules of the Collateral, including such information as the Collateral Agent may require, including without limitation names and addresses of Account Debtors, the location of mobile goods or changes in any certificates of title and descriptions of any after-acquired general intangibles. The Debtors represent and warrant to the Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties that Schedule A is true, accurate and complete in all material respects and shall be updated monthly by the Debtors to reflect any changes thereto.
