Collateral Disclosure List. On or prior to the Closing Date, the Borrower shall deliver to the Lender a list (the "Collateral Disclosure List") which shall contain such information with respect to the Borrower's business and real and personal property as the Lender may require and shall be certified by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, all in the form provided to the Borrower by the Lender. Promptly after demand by the Lender, the Borrower shall furnish to the Lender an update of the information contained in the Collateral Disclosure List at any time and from time to time as may be requested by the Lender.
