Collateral Disclosure List. Each Borrower shall have delivered the Collateral Disclosure List required under the provisions of Section 3.3 (Collateral Disclosure List) duly executed by a Responsible Officer of each Borrower.
Collateral Disclosure List. On or prior to the Closing Date, the Borrower shall deliver to the Lender a list (the "Collateral Disclosure List") which shall contain such information with respect to the Borrower's business and real and personal property as the Lender may require and shall be certified by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, all in the form provided to the Borrower by the Lender. On or prior to the Closing Date, if requested by Lender, each Borrower shall deliver to Lender any updates to the Borrower’s Collateral Disclosure List (as defined in the Original Financing Agreement) which shall contain such information with respect to Borrower’s business and personal property as Lender may require and shall be certified by a Responsible Officer of Borrower, as applicable. Promptly after demand by Lender, Borrower shall furnish to Lender an update of the information contained in the Collateral Disclosure List at any time and from time to time as may be reasonably requested by Lender.
Collateral Disclosure List. Borrower shall deliver to Bank on the Closing Date a list identifying, inter alia, all of its properties and assets and the locations thereof on a form provided by Bank (the "Collateral Disclosure List").

The Collateral Disclosure List completely and accurately identifies (a) the type of entity, the state of organization and the chief executive office of Debtor, (b) each other place of business of Debtor, (c) the location of all books and records pertaining to the Collateral, and (d) each location, other than the foregoing, where any of the Collateral is located and other than as permitted by Section 6.2.14 of the Financing Agreement.

On or prior to the Closing Date, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent one or more lists (collectively, the "Collateral Disclosure List") which shall contain such information with respect to the business and real and personal property of the Borrower and each Subsidiary Guarantor as the Agent may require and shall be certified by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower and each Subsidiary Guarantor, as appropriate, all in the form provided to the Borrower by the Agent. Promptly after demand by the Agent, the Borrower shall furnish and shall cause each Subsidiary Guarantor to furnish to the Agent an update of the information contained in the Collateral Disclosure List at any time and from time to time as may be requested by the Agent.
Collateral Disclosure List. The Company shall have delivered the Collateral Disclosure List required under the provisions of Section 3.3 (Collateral Disclosure List) duly executed by a Responsible Officer of the Company.
