Common use of Collateral Assignment of Leases Clause in Contracts

Collateral Assignment of Leases. To further secure the prompt payment and performance of all Obligations, each Obligor hereby transfers and assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, all of such Obligor’s right, title and interest in, to and under all now or hereafter existing leases of real Property to which such Obligor is a party, whether as lessor or lessee, and all extensions, renewals, modifications and proceeds thereof.

Collateral Assignment of Leases. To further secure the prompt payment and performance of all Obligations, each Obligor Borrower hereby transfers and assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, all of such ObligorBorrower’s right, title and interest in, to and under all now or hereafter existing leases of real Property to which such Obligor Borrower is a party, whether as lessor or lessee, and all extensions, renewals, modifications and proceeds thereof.

To further secure the prompt payment and performance of all its Obligations, each Obligor hereby transfers and assigns to Agent, for the benefit Agent and grants a Lien in favor of Secured Parties, Agent on all of such Obligor’s right, title and interest in, to and under all now or hereafter existing leases of real Property Real Estate to which such Obligor is a party, whether as lessor or lessee, and all extensions, renewals, modifications and proceeds thereof.

To further secure the prompt payment and performance of all its Obligations, each Obligor hereby transfers and assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, Lender all of such Obligor’s right, title and interest in, to and under all now or hereafter existing leases of real Property to which such Obligor is a party, whether as lessor or lessee, and all extensions, renewals, modifications and proceeds thereof.

To further secure the prompt payment and performance of all Obligations, each Obligor hereby transfers and assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, Agent all of such Obligor’s right, title and interest in, to and under all now or hereafter existing leases of real Property to which such Obligor is a party, whether as lessor or lessee, and all extensions, renewals, modifications and proceeds thereof. 7.4.

Collateral Assignment of Leases. To further secure the prompt payment and performance of all Obligations, each Obligor Borrower hereby transfers and assigns grants to AgentAgent a security interest in, subject to the final paragraph of Section 7.1, for the benefit of Secured Parties, all of such ObligorBorrower’s right, title and interest in, to and under all now or hereafter existing leases of real Property to which such Obligor Borrower is a party, whether as lessor or lessee, and all extensions, renewals, modifications and proceeds thereof.

Collateral Assignment of Leases. To further secure the prompt payment and performance of all its Obligations, unless otherwise prohibited by the terms of the applicable lease, each Obligor hereby transfers and assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, Agent all of such Obligor’s right, title and interest in, to and under all now or hereafter existing leases of real Property to which such Obligor is a party, whether as lessor or lessee, and all extensions, renewals, modifications and proceeds thereof.

Collateral Assignment of Leases. To further secure to the prompt payment and performance of all the Obligations, each Obligor Borrower hereby grants, transfers and assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, and hereby grants to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, a security interest in and Lien upon all of such Obligor’s Borrower's right, title and interest in, to and under all now or hereafter existing leases of real Property to which such Obligor Borrower is a party, whether as lessor or lessee, and all extensions, renewals, renewals and modifications and proceeds thereof.
