Collaborative Work. Upon mutual agreement between the Parties, BMS may collaborate with Exelixis on Stage I, Stage II and Stage III activities with respect to a particular BMS Compound, wherein BMS may perform some of the Mode of Action Program work on such BMS Compound. In such an event, any research results generated by BMS pursuant to such collaborative work shall be deemed the confidential Research Results of Exelixis for purposes of Candidate Target identification and identification mammalian orthologues thereof.
