Collaborative Procurement. 5.2.1 Partnerships and collaboration are at the heart of NHS reforms in England. 5.2.2 Collaborative working within the NHS has been promoted to help meet a ‘triple challenge’ set out in the NHS Five Year Forward View – better health, transformed quality of care delivery, and sustainable finances. 5.2.3 The Supplier shall be required to provide data in relation to these groups and future groups formed to support NHS collaborative working.
