Collaborative Procurement Sample Clauses
The Collaborative Procurement clause establishes the framework for two or more parties to jointly acquire goods or services, typically to leverage collective bargaining power or achieve cost efficiencies. In practice, this clause outlines how the parties will coordinate their procurement activities, share information, and allocate responsibilities, such as designating a lead party or setting procedures for joint decision-making. Its core function is to facilitate cooperation in purchasing, enabling participants to benefit from economies of scale and streamlined processes while reducing duplication of effort and potentially lowering costs.
