Collaboration and Target Dates. The Parties will cooperate and collaborate in good faith to develop and implement the Realignment Plan with a view toward entering into the Definitive Agreements (with necessary prior Board of Trustee approvals) by June 30, 2023, and with an effective date for the new model (the “Realignment Effective Date”) of July 1, 2024.
