Coke Quality Sample Clauses
The Coke Quality clause defines the required standards and specifications for the coke to be supplied under the contract. It typically outlines parameters such as moisture content, ash percentage, sulfur levels, and other chemical or physical properties that the coke must meet. By clearly establishing these quality benchmarks, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of acceptable product standards, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over product suitability and maintaining consistent supply quality.
