Common use of Cohabitation Clause in Contracts

Cohabitation. In the event of the Wife’s cohabitation (as that term is defined in the Massachusetts Alimony Reform Act), the Parties shall confer about what change, if any, should be made in the alimony payments in accordance with the Act and, absent agreement, shall use the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement to resolve the matter.
