Cohabitation. No Licensee shall cohabit with a person other than their assigned roommate(s). Licensee shall not permit any other person to occupy their space.
Cohabitation. Each party waives any and all claims, including contingent claims, against the party deriving from periods of cohabitation, if any, prior to their marriage.
Cohabitation. In the event of the cohabitation of the recipient of alimony, the Parties shall review the alimony obligation with a view to determining whether it should be modified based on the provisions of the Massachusetts Alimony Reform Act of 2011, or other applicable law. Absent agreement on this issue, the Parties shall utilize the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement.

Cohabitation. 12.1 The survivor in the case of JOINT CLIENT’S, may with the prior written consent of the OWNER, allow a SUBSEQUENT SPOUSE or civil life partner, as defined in the Civil Union Act 2006 (Act No 17 of 2006) to cohabit with him or her in the RETIREMENT GARDEN ESTATE UNIT subject at all times to the following conditions;
12.1.1 The CLIENT will lodge with the OWNER a written undertaking signed by such SUBSEQUENT SPOUSE or civil life partner that he or she will observe all of the HOUSE RULES as may be in force from time to time; and
12.1.2 It will be a condition of such cohabitation that such use and occupation will be automatically terminated, upon the termination of the ACCOMMODATION LIFE RIGHTS as provided for herein.
12.2 Notwithstanding any other provisions herein contained, the OWNER, will be entitled, in its discretion, but not be obliged, to offer the LIFETIME ACCOMMODATION RIGHT, in respect of the RETIREMENT GARDEN ESTATE UNIT to the SUBSEQUENT SPOUSE or life partner at the reasonable prevailing market value thereof, providing the partner is of the minimum age of 60 (Sixty years).
Cohabitation. In the event of the Wife’s cohabitation (as that term is defined in the Massachusetts Alimony Reform Act), the Parties shall confer about what change, if any, should be made in the alimony payments in accordance with the Act and, absent agreement, shall use the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement to resolve the matter.
Cohabitation. Cohabitation exists when a person who is not assigned to a particular residence hall room or apartment uses that room or apartment as if they were a resident of that space. Cohabitation is not permitted. Examples of this may include, but are not limited to, accessing the room or apartment while the assigned occupants are not present, utilizing a key to enter a room or apartment to which one is not assigned, keeping clothing and other personal belongings in the residence hall or apartment, sleeping overnight in the room/ space on a regular basis, and using the bathroom and shower facilities as if they lived in that residence. This will be considered a violation of the Student Handbook policy as well.
Cohabitation. The Resident acknowledges and agrees that (other than in relation to Visitors approved under clause 11.3) cohabitation on College premises is not allowed and only the Resident is permitted to reside in the Room.
Cohabitation. Cohabitation is not allowed in the Complex. Cohabitation is defined as a person using the Licensed Space as if that person were living in the room but not actually being assigned as a resident of that Licensed Space or room.

In relation to cohabiting couples who have separated, if an agreement regarding finances cannot be reached, it may be possible for you to make an application to the Court in respect of the home you shared.
