Cohabitation. In the event of the cohabitation of the recipient of alimony, the Parties shall review the alimony obligation with a view to determining whether it should be modified based on the provisions of the Massachusetts Alimony Reform Act of 2011, or other applicable law. Absent agreement on this issue, the Parties shall utilize the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement.
