COFFERDAM WORK. Where workers are required to work inside Cofferdams that are confined areas without easy means of escape and where extreme hazards abnormal to ordinary operating conditions exist, the workers shall receive premium pay of Fifteen Cents ($0.15) per hour above their regular rate.
