Common use of Codes of Conduct Clause in Contracts

Codes of Conduct. 6.1 The Executive shall comply (and procure that his spouse and minor children shall comply) with all applicable rules and regulations of the NASDAQ Exchange and the laws of the United States of America applicable to any Group Company, including without limitation the regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and any other codes, rules or regulations of any other relevant regulatory authority in the UK, USA or any other relevant jurisdiction from time to time in relation to the holding or trading of shares, debentures or other securities.
