Common use of CODES AND STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

CODES AND STANDARDS. The CM shall use its best efforts to complete the Work of the Project in the best and most expeditious, economical manner consistent with the interests of the Owner, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents, including all reasonable implications therein, and to furnish its skill and judgment with due care in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations that are in effect during the term of this Agreement and govern performance of the Work by the CM.
