Coating. 1. All ductile iron pipe and fittings for buried service shall be coated with manufacturer's standard bituminous paint coating. 2. All ductile iron pipe and fittings for exposed interior or exterior installation shall be shop prime coated as specified in Section 09 90 00. 3. Flange faces shall be coated in accordance with AWWA C115.
