COACHING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT. It is understood that once a coach has been granted an approval for professional leave by the Superintendent or his designee to attend clinics or general coaching sessions of an extended nature outside of their athletic training season, the coach shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred as a result of their attendance. The coach shall be reimbursed for mileage at a rate as established within N.J.A.C.6A:23A-7. In the event that N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-7 is overturned or nullified and not replaced with any other regulation or statute governing the same then the parties agree that the rate to be utilized in determining reimbursement for travel shall be the published IRS rate.
