Coaches/Advisors Clause Samples

Coaches/Advisors. Extracurricular coaches and advisors are expected to participate in Teacher Meeting Time and to make arrangements with assistant coaches and/or volunteers and/or in the scheduling of practices to accommodate the Teacher Meeting Time schedule. Coaches and Advisors may be excused from committee meetings held during this time in order to fulfill their coaching responsibilities, but must participate in the Data Team Meetings and Professional Development Time. If a special accommodation is needed by a coach/advisor, those arrangements must be approved by the building administrator and reviewed and approved by the Executive Director of Human Resources.
