Co-Development Option Exercise Fee. As used in this Section 5.1, the term “Co-Development Option Exercise Fee” shall mean (a) with respect to each Early Stage Co-Development Option, Five Million Dollars (US $5,000,000) and (b) with respect to each Late Stage Co-Development Option, Fifteen Million Dollars (US $15,000,000).
