Cloud Hosting Services. For the duration of this Agreement, when the Customer chooses to use the Cloud Platform, Odoo SA commits to providing at least the following services: • Choice of multiple hosting regions (minimum 3: Europe, America, Asia/Pacific) • Hosting in Tier-III data centers or equivalent, with 99.9% network uptime • Grade A SSL (HTTPS) Encryption of communication • Fully automated, verified backups, replicated in multiple regions • Disaster Recovery Plan, tested regularly The details of the Cloud Hosting Services are described on the Service Level Agreement page at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/cloud-sla.
Cloud Hosting Services. 3.1 The Supplier agrees, in consideration for payment of the Hosting Fee or a Subscription, to provide Cloud Hosting Services in accordance with the terms outlined in this SECTION G – CLOUD HOSTING MODULE, which forms part of this Master Supply Agreement.
3.2 The Client agrees to access and use the Cloud Hosting Services in accordance with the terms outlined in this SECTION G – CLOUD HOSTING MODULE.
Cloud Hosting Services. 8.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
8.1.1 the availability of the Solution is dependent upon the Cloud Hosting Services and is not within Education Horizons’ control; and
8.1.2 the Service Levels in this SLA do not apply in respect of any issues, Problems or defects relating to the Cloud Hosting Services.
8.2 All issues relating to the availability of, and any issues, Problems or defects in, the Cloud Hosting Services are the responsibility of the relevant Cloud Hosting Services provider and will be subject to the terms and conditions and service levels which that provider has in place from time to time.

Cloud Hosting Services. The Supplier shall provide cloud based services. These will include: Email hosting; Website hosting; Online file storage; Virtual desktop; Anti-virus and anti-spam software.
Cloud Hosting Services. During the term of this Agreement, when the Client chooses to use the Cloud Infrastructure, Oxygis agrees to provide at least the following services • Choice of multiple hosting regions (not included in standard licences) • Hosting in Tier III or equivalent data centres with 99.9% network availability. • Class A SSL (HTTPS) Communication encryption • Fully automated, verified backups (replication across multiple regions is on demand and subject to additional costs). • Disaster recovery plan, tested regularly
Cloud Hosting Services. A. AZCOMP will provide hosting on a secure server with an Internet address for storage and access of Data, User Data, and the Software. The Data, and User Data must be "server-ready." If CLIENT requires additional bandwidth or storage, AZCOMP will negotiate in good faith to accommodate such requests unless AZCOMP's data center cannot accommodate the requested bandwidth or storage.
B. AZCOMP shall provide software hosting services as detailed on the signed quote/sales order associated with this agreement. Only approved software items, agreed upon with AZCOMP’s written consent, are to be installed and hosted on AZCOMP servers. Connection to CLIENT's data shall be provided via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) connections.
Cloud Hosting Services. For the duration of this Agreement, when the Customer chooses to use the Cloud Platform, Delthastar commits to providing at least the following services: • Hosting in Tier-III data centers or equivalent, with 99.9% network uptime • Grade A SSL (HTTPS) Encryption of communication • Fully automated, verified backups, replicated in multiple regions • Disaster Recovery Plan, tested regularly The details of the Cloud Hosting Services are described on the Service Level Agreement page at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/cloud-sla.
