Common use of Cloud Hosting Services Clause in Contracts

Cloud Hosting Services. 3.1 The Supplier agrees, in consideration for payment of the Hosting Fee or a Subscription, to provide Cloud Hosting Services in accordance with the terms outlined in this SECTION G – CLOUD HOSTING MODULE, which forms part of this Master Supply Agreement. 3.2 The Client agrees to access and use the Cloud Hosting Services in accordance with the terms outlined in this SECTION G – CLOUD HOSTING MODULE.
