Common use of Closing Time and Place Clause in Contracts

Closing Time and Place. The closing of this transaction shall occur at the offices of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP, ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, or such other place as the Parties may agree upon on or about February 7, 2018 (the “Closing”). The Closing date may be extended one time for up to thirty (30) days as the request of any Party.
