Closing Conveyor. An independent servo driven closing conveyor is provided to “close pack” the carriers through the beam to within several inches of the preceding carrier. This increases the processing efficiency.

Closing Conveyor. This feature is to help transfer products less than 4 inches in length between the infeed and outfeed conveyor. If equipped, this will move the nose of the outfeed conveyor in and out to close the gap between the outfeed and the infeed conveyor, extending to transfer, then retracting for the seal cycle. Turn the feature ON/OFF by pressing the RAISE or LOWER button. To return to the previous screen press the EXIT button. To return HOME, press the button directly below the label HOME. Print Registration These parameters are for use with printed film. Additional equipment will be necessary to use this feature. Press the PREV (UP) or NEXT (DOWN) button to highlight the setting to change. The user may press the RAISE or LOWER button to adjust the value or to ENABLE/DISABLE a desired setting. Press ENTER when done. OFFSET TIME is an amount of time the machine will advance the film after the film sensor has detected a register mark. This is so the user can properly place the product with the printing on the film. A zero setting would stop the film pull at the register mark. To return to the previous screen press the EXIT button. To return HOME, press the button directly below the label HOME.
Closing Conveyor. Two (2) independent servo driven closing conveyors are provided to “close pack” product cases on the process conveyor in two dimensions – between cases and across lanes. This increases the processing efficiency. Product cases do not “bump” into each other so the dose in the process area is not compromised.
