Client Data File and/or Document Data File. Upon FIS’s receipt of the Client Data File and Document Data File from Client, FIS will process and load the data into the BSP Services production environment no later than the time frame mutually agreed to after receipt, not to exceed ***** and to be performed during non-peak hours.. All regularly scheduled files will be processed within *****of receipt by FIS unless otherwise specified and agreed upon with Client. Receipt of a file is identified as the successful transmission of the file to the designated FTP server by Client.
