Common use of Client Complaints Clause in Contracts

Client Complaints. 17.1. The Company shall maintain effective and transparent procedures for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints received from the Client and shall keep a record of each complaint and the measures taken for its resolution or handling. Notwithstanding the above, the Client reserves the right to proceed with legal action against the Company. 17.2. The Parties agree to make every reasonable effort for resolving any disputes between them before commencing any litigation proceedings.
