Common use of CLEC Certification Clause in Contracts

CLEC Certification. 1.1 TWTC agrees to provide AT&T in writing TWTC’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to AT&T filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 TWTC 2.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, AT&T may request and XxXxx agrees to provide AT&T in writing TWTCNuVox’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to Kentucky. AT&T filing will file this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.
