Clean-up Time. 38.1 An employee, whose regular duties are such that in the Council's opinion there is a clear- cut need for him to wash-up before the end of his regular work period, shall be allowed wash-up time totalling in all not less than ten (10) and not more than twenty (20) minutes each day.
