Common use of CLAUSE PARAMOUNT Clause in Contracts

CLAUSE PARAMOUNT. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of a schedule, confirmation or other documents purporting to establish the terms and conditions of the sale of the Products or provision of Services, the terms of the schedule, confirmation or other documents shall prevail. XXXXX’S ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and no modification shall be effective unless agreed upon by both parties in writing. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between the parties with respect to its subject matter and constitutes (along with the documents referred to in this Agreement) a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter.
