Common use of CLASSROOM PLACEMENT Clause in Contracts

CLASSROOM PLACEMENT. District agrees to the attachment containing fees related to School Year Tuition and/or Summer Camp placements. District understands and agrees that the quoted fees are subject to change if the Student is determined by the IEP Team to need a different classroom placement or a change in services at any point in the academic year. Fee changes related to new placement or modified services will be prorated based on date that placement is changed or services are modified. Furthermore, if at any time, if the IEP Team determines that the Student is in need of additional behavioral support, or requires the formation of a crisis prevention team, additional fees may be assessed. Any such support or interventions would be discussed and agreed upon by Bridgeway Academy and the IEP Team in an IEP meeting. Any additional fees incurred under this Paragraph 2 will be reflected in an amendment to this Agreement, to be approved and signed by the parties.
