Common use of Classification Standards Clause in Contracts

Classification Standards. 65.1 The classification standards and work descriptions of Employees the subject of this Agreement shall be in accordance with these classifications standards. The classification standards consist of two components: (a) The group standard, which provides a narrative description of work undertaken by Employees in an occupational category subject to this Agreement, and (b) Work level standards, which provide a typical evaluation definition, features and typical duties for each level within an occupational category to enable positions to be classified at a particular level.
