Classification Manual. Copies of the Manual of Class Specifications, currently maintained, shall be kept in the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency locations and shall be available for inspection to employees during business hours. The Manual of Class Specifications may be posted on the internal web-site, instead of having a paper copy.

Classification Manual. The Board shall maintain a manual which includes a class specification for each position included in the bargaining unit. These classifications shall be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure each retains its accuracy and validity. The Union shall be provided with updated copies of class specifications, and copies of new class specifications. The Union will be provided with the opportunity for suggestions prior to the finalizing of such class specifications.
Classification Manual. The content contained in the applicable Classification Manual will support the application of APS WLS within the ASA by describing specific standards that support determining the value of work at each of the APS classification levels within the context of the ASA.
