Classification 2 Employees i) Identification of Employees in Classification 2 for Transfer of Vacation Leave. Every employee who is classified as PERS Tier 2, shall be considered a “Classification 2 Employee” for transfer of vacation leave to the PFFA HSR Plan. ii) Calculation of Transfer Amount of Vacation Leave to PFFA HSR Plan. Upon retirement of a Classification 2 Employee, the City shall transfer into the PFFA HSR Plan 100% of the unused vacation leave which is eligible to be cashed out under Article 10 at the time of the employee’s retirement.
