Common use of Classes of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Classes of Certificates. The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into 36 classes of Senior Certificates (including three classes of Residual Certificates), three Classes of Mezzanine Certificates and three Classes of Subordinate Certificates having the terms and conditions hereafter set forth. The Final Distribution Date for each Class of Senior Certificates shall be the applicable date set forth in the Prospectus, and the Last Scheduled Distribution Date for each Class of Certificates other than the Senior Certificates, shall be the Distribution Date in May 2034.
