Classes and Types of Loans. Loans hereunder are distinguished by "Class" and by "Type". The "CLASS" of a Loan (or of a Commitment to make a Loan) refers to whether such Loan is a Revolving Loan, Term A Facility Loan, Term B Facility Loan or Term C Facility Loan, each of which constitutes a Class. The "TYPE" of a Loan refers to whether such Loan is an ABR Loan or a LIBOR Loan, each of which constitutes a Type. Loans may be identified by both Class and Type.
