Common use of Class Representatives Clause in Contracts

Class Representatives. Class Counsel believe that the individuals listed above are appropriate Representative Plaintiffs for purposes of this Settlement Agreement and Settlement Class, and Defendants agree not to dispute or challenge such appropriateness solely for purposes of this Agreement.
