Class Representatives. “Class Representatives” means plaintiffs Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx.
Class Representatives. The Court appoints Class Plaintiffs as Class Representatives of the Settlement Class pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Class Representatives. Each Settling Claimant represents and warrants as of the date hereof, and as of the Closing Date, as follows:
Class Representatives. Class Counsel believe that the individuals listed above are appropriate Representative Plaintiffs for purposes of this Settlement Agreement and Settlement Class, and Defendants agree not to dispute or challenge such appropriateness solely for purposes of this Agreement.

Class Representatives. Finding that they have claims typical of absent class members and are adequate representatives of those class members, the Court appoints Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx to act as representatives of Subclass 1 and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx to act as representatives of the Subclass 2 pursuant to FRCP 23.
Class Representatives. For purposes of the Settlement, the Court has appointed Plaintiffs Xxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx as Class Representatives. There are four other named plaintiffs who filed claims. Under the Settlement Agreement, each of the six named plaintiffs may seek an incentive award of $5,000 each ($30,000 collectively).
