The Department will establish a webpage 25 on its ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website providing general information about this Agreement 26 and links to copies of the Agreement and related Court documents. The webpage 27 will be available to the public within 30 calendar days after the Preliminary 28 Approval Date and will be updated no later than 30 calendar days after the Effective 1 Date to include information about how Class Members can contact the Department 2 if the Class Member has questions regarding their borrower defense application.
