Common use of Class A Notes Clause in Contracts

Class A Notes. On each Distribution Date occurring on or after the date a withdrawal is made from the Series 2015-3 Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.5(a) or amounts are deposited in the Series 2015-3 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 3.5(c) and/or (d), the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Administrative Agent for the accounts of the Purchaser Groups from the Series 2015-3 Distribution Account the amount deposited therein pursuant to Section 3.5(a), (c) and/or (d) to the extent necessary to pay the Class A Controlled Distribution Amount with respect to Related Month during the Class A Controlled Amortization Period or to the extent necessary to pay the Class A Invested Amount during the Series 2015-3 Rapid Amortization Period.

Class A Notes. On each Distribution Date occurring on or after the date a withdrawal is made from the Series 20152010-3 6 Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.5(a) or amounts are deposited in the Series 20152010-3 6 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 3.5(c) and/or (d), the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Administrative Agent for the accounts of the Purchaser Groups from the Series 20152010-3 6 Distribution Account the amount deposited therein pursuant to Section 3.5(a), (c) and/or (d) to the extent necessary to pay the Class A Controlled Distribution Amount with respect to Related Month during the Class A Series 2010-6 Controlled Amortization Period or to the extent necessary to pay the Class A Invested Amount during the Series 20152010-3 6 Rapid Amortization Period.

On each Distribution Date occurring on or after the date a withdrawal is made from the Series 20152022-3 2 Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.5(a) or amounts are deposited in the Series 20152022-3 2 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 3.5(c) and/or (d), the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Administrative Agent for the accounts of the Purchaser Groups from the Series 20152022-3 2 Distribution Account the amount deposited therein pursuant to Section 3.5(a), (c) and/or (d) to the extent necessary to pay the Class A Controlled Distribution Amount with respect to Related Month during the Class A Series 2022-2 Controlled Amortization Period or to the extent necessary to pay the Class A Invested Amount during the Series 20152022-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period.

Class A Notes. On each Distribution Date occurring on or after the date a withdrawal is made from the Series 20152023-3 Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.5(a2.5(a) or amounts are deposited in the Series 20152023-3 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 3.5(c2.3(f)(ii), 2.5(b), (c) and/or or (d), ) the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay pro rata to the Administrative Agent for the accounts of the Purchaser Groups each Class A Noteholder from the Series 20152023-3 Distribution Account the amount deposited therein pursuant to Section 3.5(a2.5(a), (b), (c) and/or or (d) ), to the extent necessary to pay the Class A Controlled Distribution Amount with respect to Related Month during the Class A Series 2023-3 Controlled Amortization Period or to the extent necessary to pay the Class A Invested Amount during the Series 20152023-3 Rapid Amortization Period.
