Claims or Controversies. Any controversy or claim relating to or arising from this Agreement shall be settled exclusively as set forth in Section 6.14 herein. The parties hereto irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue set forth in Section 6.14 herein, in the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising hereunder.
