Claims for Additional Time. If Consultant wishes to make a Claim for an increase in the time for performance, written notice, as provided in this Section 15, shall be given. Consultant’s Claim shall include an estimate of probable effect(s) of a delay on the progress of the Work. In the case of a continuing delay only one Claim is necessary.
