CLAIMS BY THE EMPLOYEE. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that any claim or cause of action by the Employee against the Company shall not constitute a defense to the enforcement of the restrictions and covenants set forth in this Agreement and shall not be used to prohibit injunctive relief.
