Common use of Claiming and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Claiming and Documentation. Contractor shall receive reimbursement for its actual expenses by submitting a Contractor Reimbursement Request as often as monthly or at least quarterly. All costs shall be supported by appropriate accounting documentation. The documentation shall establish that County is charged only a fair and equitable portion of any indirect or shared costs attributable to services performed under this Agreement.
