Claim Resolution Process. 25.7.4.1. If a Dispute has not been resolved during the Dispute Resolution Process, the Developer shall submit within thirty (30) days a Claim along with the required detailed documentation for the District’s consideration. 25.7.4.2. The Developer shall furnish three (3) certified copies of the required Claim documentation. The Claim documentation shall be complete when furnished. The evaluation of the Developer's Claim will be based upon District records and the Claim documents furnished by the Developer. 25.7.4.3.
