Claim Processing Accuracy Sample Clauses

It typically requires the party responsible for processing claims to verify the accuracy of information, check for completeness, and resolve discrepancies before approving or denying a claim. This clause helps prevent errors, reduces the risk of fraudulent or mistaken payments, and ensures that only valid claims are paid, thereby protecting both parties' interests and maintaining trust in the claims process.
